This place has the best tacos, rice, and beans. Expect a small line as they are popular, but they make it through their line quickly. The bakery across the street also has great fresh items!

This store is wonderful!! You can find everything for Tamales, Menudo, posole and definitely everything for tacos. And the selection of fresh vegetable and fruit is great. The cafeteria was fantastic. The food was amazing and the service was even better and fast. Everyone is so patiently waiting in line.

We visited on a hot, busy, Saturday afternoon. Long line of people all looking for the same thing - delicious tacos. We sampled the Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Carne Asada tacos. We thought everything was fantastic, with really good flavor. Of the three salsas available we liked the darker green one the most - it had well balanced flavors and good spice. (For some serious kick, try the orange habanero salsa!) We will definitely return to try more tacos and to shop for groceries - the butcher looks good.

Every time I go home to Kansas City to visit family and friends I stop and get my favorite foods. This is one of those beloved places I cannot leave without taking something back with me. Have loved this place since it was just a little hole in the wall.

This place is great! The food is super authentic, and made fresh! Great selection of foods, and styles of eatery. It’s not a typical “restaurant” but more like a grocery store with a bar that has fresh food. Was NOT disappointed! Great food!
